Q: What are the office hours?

A: 10.00 am till 3.00 pm, Mondays and Tuesdays By appointment only.

Q: Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?

A: Yes, We only accept Personal checks or Cash. You can contact your Insurance Companies to see if they will reimburse your expenses once the co-payment for the year is met.

Q: What is the fee structure?

A: Please E-mail us for the new fee structure.

Q: Should I eat anything before the consultation?

A: It is best to avoid eating anything at least 2 hours before the appointment. If you are a Diabetic, please consult us directly at the time of making an appointment for detailed instructions.

Q: What other things should I do before the consultation?

A: It is best to avoid heavy meals, vigorous exercise, strong coffee and other intense activities just before the appointment. Try to follow your usual sleep, diet and lifestyle routine at least 2-3 days before the consultation.

Q: How much time should I give for the consultation?

A: An average consultation including history, examination and explaining the Diet and Lifestyle changes and therapies takes one and a half to two hours.

Q: What should I bring to the appointment?

A: Previous Health Records for the last one year Any significant reports e.g. CAT- scan, MRI, Ultrasound etc.

Q: What would I be Asked?

A: First Time Visit (Medical History): As a new patient, you have a lot of background to share with the physician, including your Diet, Daily routine, Food allergies, Present medications, Family history, Sleep habits, Bowel habits, Your nature, Main Symptoms, Duration of Symptoms etc.

Every Follow-up Visit (Reason for Visit): You and the physician will have a lot of information to share in a short amount of time. To get the most from your visit, please write down your main symptoms or e-mail to the doctor at least 24 hours before your visit.

Q: Is there a specific age/disease constraint for consultations?

A: We see anybody from young teenagers having sleep/acne/menstrual difficulties, to young adults with Diabetes, Hypertension or weight/ stress related problems, to a more mature population with Chronic arthritis, other pains, Alzheimers and other dementias.....
