Dear Prachi,
I too feel that I have fallen off the bandwagon several times - but have for
the most part followed through with the Detox. I am currently incorporating
taking the herbs more faithfully - that has been a little bit troublesome; the
body feels lighter , but I don't think that I have lost a
significant amount of weight. I have much more energy and
more focus than before. I have even seen and noticed a difference in
the scar tissue underneath my arms; Skin is much clearer,
and the tissue has less stress and more softness- or so my massage therapist
says; I have no problems with prolonging the Detox- in fact that is probably a
good idea - I may need a few more ideas on what to eat, and a refresher to make
sure that I am following the proper guidelines.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thank you for your time and Patience,
love,
S.A, New York
Dear Dr. Garodia,
I have lost 10 pounds since I first consulted you around one and a half months
ago. My weight has gone down from 135lbs to 125lbs
. I have been religiously following your advice, practicing Surya-Namaskar and
Nadi- Shuddhi Pranayama early morning and incorporated more fresh garlic in my
diet. I start my day with fresh vegetable and fruit juices, eat freshly cooked
meals and do not have any more leftovers.
My cholesterol is down from 268 (12/7/04) To 211(1/20/05)
LDL cholesterol is down from 169 (12/7/04) To 125 (1/20/05)
Thank you for making the difference in my health, and taking the fear of
Disease away.
Regards,
N.P. Houston
Hello Dr. Garodia!
I am enjoying my "new" schedule of eating and "relaxing". I am practising "the
balancing breath" and "the practice of Shavasana" each morning and evening as I
wake up and retire for the night! (Sometimes the breath balancing in stressful
situations.) My blood pressure was 126/72 yesterday.
Still not normal, but I'm getting there! Thanks for "listening"!
I also drink a cup of warmed milk with Nutmeg each evening, an hour before
bedtime, which has helped, tremendously, with insomnia and
jumping legs. I have slept the whole night through
WITHOUT wandering about and eating an orange or banana "to settle my nerves"!
THANKS, THANKS, THANKS! What a pleasure to get a good nights sleep and be ready
for the 7:00 a.m. wake-up time. I've not wanted to sleep so late now that I've
rested so much better!
Thanks again!
P.K.R. Burkeville, TX.
